Bartaco is doing something special, or if you’re feeling exceptionally brave Star Bar does margaritas every single day for $4 (or maybe $5), just don’t ask for a frozen one. Social gatherings happening at Herban Fix, the top restaurant in Georgia according to Yelp! There’s also karaoke with Cousin Dan at Gaja, and more.

Gaja Korean Bar (491 Flat Shoals Ave SE) hosts Cousin Dan Karaoke tonight at 10pm, stop by for some of the best damn Korean-inspired food, PBR, and karaoke. Seriously the food here is A+.

Bartaco (299 N Highland Ave) hosts National Margarita Day today all day long with special margaritas and some kind of surprise reveal of something or other, I know this is not a very good description but you’re going to a Mexican restaurant to drink margaritas, what do you want?

Orpheus Brewing (1440 Dutch Valley Pl NE) hosts the Abandon All Hope Bottle Release tonight at 6pm, a 13.9% Imperial Stout that aged on vanilla beans and spent 12 months in a blend of Woodford Reserve Double Oak, Heaven Hill 10 year, and Jack Daniels Single Barrel Select bourbon barrels. Ticket includes brewery tour with two (2) 22 oz bottles of Abandon All Hope and a beer tasting with 7 samples.

Murmur (100 Broad St SW) hosts Ciné Murmur Exp. #2 tonight at 7pm, First we’ll check out local Atlanta filmaker Aloysius Harmon’s Permanent Daylight, which captures his experience of life, youth culture, and time.  Next we’ll screen the “otherworldly” Boneshaker by Ghanaian director Frances Bodomo, featuring stunning visual representations of spirituality. Finally, we’ll watch Swimming in Your Skin Again directed by Terrance Nance $5 suggested donation.

Eyedrum Art & Music Gallery (88 Forsyth St SW) hosts Writers Exchange tonight at 7:30pm, come share your literary output aloud for ten minutes and get feedback for five minutes. Attendees who are only listening also welcome! Free.

Herban Fix (565 Peachtree St NE) hosts the Old Fourth Ward Social Hour from 6-8pm tonight, Meet your neighbors and get to know each other. Visit with your friends and make new ones. Engage with your community.
